We do not directly provide coaching services. Coaches are independent contractors, and we are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or the quality of their services.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment: All payments for coaching sessions are processed through our third-party payment processors. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the chosen payment processor.
  • Pricing: Prices for coaching sessions are set by individual coaches and may vary. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure at any time.
  • Refunds: Refund policies are determined by individual coaches. Any disputes regarding refunds should be directed to the coach directly. BRO Inc. may, at its sole discretion, assist in mediating disputes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Engage in any unlawful activity.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload or transmit any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise offensive.
